So what's the problem?
I'll tell you in a minute ... but first let's roll back in time when I started with my research into passive income opportunities a couple of years ago.
In 1999 I was interested in building a business on the internet. Online opportunities in SA was limited. Many US affiliate programs was not yet open to the international community as they are today.
There were a few options. The best were to invest in shares and real estate. Both required some capital, which I didn't have at that point in time. (In hind sight it was probably a good thing!)
Online Business Opportunity Revisited
A good couple of months ago I revisited the "online income opportunity" idea. I jumped in ... bought some products ... got rid of them even more eagerly and wasted a crap-house full of money.
I'm talking about programs promising riches to retire early. All you get is crappy products from 2005 / 2006 to sell and even more crappy PLR articles already popping up all over the net. Heck, all the software in the package were 3 or more years old and two versions behind (or worse, they stopped the support) Everybody who wanted a buck was selling them. They forgot a few years already passed which left their products outdated. (But ... you got a free viruses with the zip files. Yes! After a virus scan, 8 viruses were deleted. Luckily I am rigorous with protecting information.)
Have you ever bought into a so-called income online opportunity just to realize you didn't get any meat? A lot of promise but no meat. It sucks!

Read through the content on their site.
Watch what other people say in the social arena like blogs, Twitter, Facebook, etc. (but listen with an open mind of course.)
